This License Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Buyer” or “you”) and CF Funnels Templates, owned by Devender Kumar (“Owner” or “we”). By purchasing and using the digital content (“Items”) provided by CF Funnels Templates, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Ownership and Copyright:
All Items available on CF Funnels Templates are protected by international copyright laws and treaties. Devender Kumar retains full ownership of the Items and grants you certain rights to use them as specified in this Agreement. All other rights are expressly reserved by Devender Kumar.
2. Grant of License:
CF Funnels Templates grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and reproduce the sales funnels worldwide, in perpetuity, subject to the terms outlined herein.
3. Personal License:
- The Personal License allows you to use the licensed template solely within your own ClickFunnels Account.
- You may not sublicense, resell, share, transfer, or redistribute the purchased sales funnels under any circumstances.
- You may not misrepresent that you or anyone other than the copyright holder(s) are the creators of the Item.
- Usage of the Item in an unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, invasive, harassing, humiliating, libelous, obscene, threatening, profane, or objectionable manner is strictly prohibited.
4. Commercial License:
- The Commercial License grants you the rights outlined in the Standard License, along with additional permissions and obligations.
- You may use Items purchased under the Commercial License to create End Products on behalf of up to 7 clients. However, the primary value of these End Products must not come from the Licensed Asset itself.
- Resale, sublicensing, or any use of the Licensed Asset in a manner that competes directly with the original Licensed CF Funnels Templates is prohibited.
5. Reseller License:
- The Reseller License allows you to resell the purchased sales funnels templates to third parties.
- You may offer the templates for sale or sublicense them to customers for their use, subject to the terms outlined herein.
- The templates may be resold as part of a package or as standalone products.
- You may not claim ownership of the original template or misrepresent yourself as the creator of the Item.
6. Prohibited Uses:
The following uses are strictly prohibited under this License Agreement:
- Making the Licensed Asset publicly available in a way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file.
- Falsely representing authorship or ownership of the Licensed Asset.
Please review this Agreement carefully before purchasing any Items from CF Funnels Templates. Your use of the Items signifies your acceptance of these terms. This Agreement may be amended or updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes.
